SMM manager/content manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Create engaging and creative content (text, photo, video, stories, reels)

• Manage posting schedules and community engagement

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

• Track performance and analyze campaign results

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in SMM / Content management

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English (preferred)

• Knowledge of social media trends, advertising tools, and analytics platforms

• Creativity, responsibility, and ability to work with deadlines

• Basic skills in Photoshop/Canva/Video editing tools (a plus)
