We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supervisor Consumer Programs to lead initiatives across Kazakhstan. This role combines leadership in consumer acquisition strategy, program execution, and project management, with a strong focus on consumer experience and early conversion.
You will manage key consumer programs such as lending, conversion programs, and price structure formation, while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Your day to day:
1. Consumer Acquisition Strategy & Management
• Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire and convert legal age nicotine users.
• Lead monthly Consumer Programs and processes quarterly planning across departments
• Analyze and evaluate the impact of acquisition programs on the convert legal age nicotine users.
• Ensure strategic alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including PMI regional offices
2. Program Management
Lending Program:
• Oversee execution, inventory, logistics, and third-party coordination
• Monitor KPIs, ensure device quality, and manage CRM integration
• Educate & prepare briefs for Sales teams and implement improvements based on feedback
Conversion Programs:
• Develop and manage consumer experiences and supporting materials
• Track conversion effectiveness and ensure CRM data accuracy
• Train Sales teams and propose enhancements
Price Structure Support:
• Coordinate pricing changes across channels and systems including inside the programs
• Ensure compliance and resolve issues
• Monitor impact and support teams with communication and training
3. Budget Planning & Management
• Plan, allocate, and control budgets for acquisition and conversion strategies
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and alignment with strategic goals
4. Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with marketing, sales, digital&IT, data gov&analytics and customer service team
• Manage external agency relationships to ensure brand and regulatory compliance
• Communicate program updates and results to stakeholders
5. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure all programs comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards
• Mitigate risks related to consumer interactions and product information
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in marketing, sales, or direct consumer engagement.
- Digital Expertise: Demonstrated experience with digital technologies in B2C environments.
- CRM & Online Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM metrics, digital business models, and relevant tools.
- Leadership & Budget Management: Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic & Tactical Execution: Capability to design and implement both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Project & Process Management: Strong project management skills and a commitment to operational excellence
