Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:

    Assist in daily sales tasks, support the sales team in achieving goals, and participate in strategic planning.

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competition, and find new sales opportunities.

  • Client Relations:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing them with information, support, and solutions.

  • Campaign & Project Management:

    Help plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and sales projects to meet objectives and deadlines.

  • Data & Reporting:

    Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports for management.

  • Collaboration:

    Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with overall company goals.

  • Learning & Development:

    Participate in training programs to learn about different departments, company policies, and professional skills.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often required.

  • Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving is crucial for making informed decisions.

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills, are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

  • Initiative & Drive:

    A self-motivated, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative is highly valued.

  • Teamwork:

    A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are important.

  • Adaptability:

    The ability to learn quickly, thrive in dynamic environments, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is key.

  • Technical Skills:

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce can be beneficial.
