Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of tax, accounting and corporate records
* Calculation, filling out tax returns (knowledge of all forms for LLP under generaltax regime).
* Providing monthly results of the activities of 2 divisions to the General manager
* Sending monthly reports for two divisions to the head office
* Compiling Cash flow and accounts receivable report on an ongoing basis
* Annual budgeting
* Knowledge of English not lower than B1, ideally higher
* Payroll calculation in 1c ZUP
* Working with online banking, creating payment orders, posting transactions to the bank in 1C
* Entering data into 1C on receipts, expenditure documents, sales
* Registration of primary accounting documents for the accounting and HR departments
* Systematization and organization of document storage
* Preparation of documents at the request of tax authorities.
* Correspondence with colleagues in English, Russian
* Experience in working with non-resident buyers and suppliers (services, no goods).
Requirements:
* Knowledge of 1C 8.3 Accounting, ZUP, EDI
* Knowledge of English not lower than B1
* Higher professional education (accountant, economist)
* Knowledge of tax legislation
Conditions:
* 5-day workweek from 9-00 to 18-00, lunch from 13-00 to 14-00
* Vacation 24 calendar days
* Regular participation in accounting seminars.
