In this position, you will not just manage accounts — you will nurture them, giving them tone, energy, and personality. You will make them speak fluently, whether in English, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Nepali, or Ukrainian, and make them shine in every feed.

What you will do:
• Manage multiple brand accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, and more.
• Plan, create, and publish content in different languages; adapt one idea to many cultural contexts.
• Use AI tools for visuals, video, and avatars (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Sora, Pika Labs, Google Veo, CapCut, Heygen, Synthesia, etc.).
• Monitor analytics and engagement, turn metrics into actionable growth strategies.
• Launch ad campaigns, collaborations, and creative formats tailored to each platform.
• Experiment boldly with trends, formats, and tools, while keeping the brand’s voice consistent.
• Build authentic communication with followers, respond with empathy and clarity.

You are a good fit for us if
• You have proven experience in SMM and content creation across multiple platforms.
• You are comfortable working in more than one language (fluent English + any additional language is a plus: Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Nepali, Ukrainian, etc.).
• You know how to work with AI tools for content creation and keep track of new ones.
• You are not afraid of numbers — analytics, KPIs, and conversions are your guides.
• You combine creativity with discipline: deadlines, schedules, and brand guidelines don’t stifle you, they inspire you.
• You understand that social media is about people first — your empathy and communication style make you stand out.
