We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager (SMM Manager) to join our team at Haileybury Astana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering a positive online presence for our school.

Type of contract: Maternity Leave cover

Start date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy

• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

• Respond to and engage with our online community in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

• 2+ years as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

• Strong SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs knowledge

• Experience with brand awareness, engagement, and audience research

• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Popsters, Facebook Ads Manager)

• Familiarity with web design, publishing, and mass mailing systems

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in English

• Experience launching Facebook Ads campaigns
