Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript / Tailwind CSS / React Query)

About the Product:

We are building a no-code platform for creating, training, and managing AI agents that automate business processes and enhance customer engagement.

The platform enables multi-channel communication (chat, email, SMS, voice), seamless integration with existing systems, and human-in-the-loop oversight for quality control.

Our solution helps businesses reduce costs, improve customer service, and streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new application modules using React + TypeScript.
• Refactor the existing Copilot module, improving architecture, quality, and performance.
• Migrate styles to the latest Tailwind CSS version: update configuration, adapt components, eliminate technical debt.
• Integrate data fetching and state management with React Query.
• Design and build reusable UI components that are testable and well-documented.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, primarily with React and TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React Query for async data and state management.
• Ability to design scalable component architecture that supports reusability and long-term maintainability.
• Experience in code review practices, mentoring, and maintaining a clean, consistent codebase.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with designers and backend developers.
• English B1 and higher.
