TheSay Pharma is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company representing leading international manufacturers of laboratory equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our inhalation anesthetics and other companys products portfolio, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring success in hospital sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies for inhalation anesthetics within hospitals and clinics in Azerbaijan.
Conduct negotiations with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, department heads, and procurement committees, to increase demand for the products.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare institutions and distributors.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals to present product information and promote the benefits of inhalation anesthetics.

Education and Promotion:

Organize and lead presentations, training sessions, and seminars for healthcare professionals.
Develop and distribute educational materials, including scientific data, to support effective communication.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing changes, and new product developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and market positioning.

Reporting and Planning:

Prepare monthly sales reports and track progress toward KPIs.
Forecast sales volumes and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

Representation and Partnership Management:

Act as the face of TheSay Pharma in Azerbaijan, ensuring a strong presence with government authorities, healthcare organizations, and key partners.

Project and Regulatory Management:

Oversee product registration processes and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely approvals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines.

Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including tenders and partnerships, to expand TheSay Pharma’s portfolio.
Key Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or chemical/biological sciences.
Proven experience (3–6 years) in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital or anesthetic product sales.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Azerbaijan is required.

Skills:

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals at all levels.
Proficiency in strategic planning, data analysis, and market research.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian is mandatory; English proficiency is highly desirable.
Advanced skills in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
