We are seeking a driven Business Development & Account Manager to grow our client portfolio and manage key accounts in the payment solutions industry. You will handle the full sales cycle — from prospecting to long-term relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new clients via exhibitions, conferences, outreach campaigns, calls, and social media.
Present products, identify needs, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Launch services, oversee onboarding, and manage clients during the first months before full handover.
Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.
Requirements:
2+ years in payment providers/aggregators/systems.
Strong network in payment solutions.
Understanding of P2P, e-commerce, gambling/betting payment needs.
Experience with cryptocurrency processing and basic knowledge of exchanges.
Knowledge of KYC procedures (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.
English C1+
