We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and oversee all HR functions at our Tashkent office, from recruitment to payroll and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
Employee relations and conflict resolution.
Compliance with Uzbekistan’s labor laws and maintenance of HR records.
Performance management and feedback processes.
Policy development tailored to local office needs.
Coordination of payroll and benefits administration.
Training, development, and employee retention strategies.
HR reporting

Ideal Candidate:
HR experience: 2
Experience recruiting younger staff.
Proficient in Uzbek, English and Turkish.
