Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to take ownership of our core reporting and product metrics, design and maintain our event logging schema, data marts, and dashboards, and closely collaborate with development, marketing, and other teams to grow Tribute’s analytics infrastructure and unified reporting framework.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for product development: design logging, build reporting, and participate in shaping product decisions.

• Develop and maintain key reporting: gather requirements, align metric definitions, visualize in clear dashboards, ensure regular updates and a unified view of product performance.

• Design and run A/B experiments: define hypotheses, choose metrics, launch tests, and analyze results.

• Build and maintain marketing reports: CAC, LTV, ROMI across acquisition channels (cohorts, attribution).

• Improve self-service analytics tools for teams, including our AI-powered analytics assistant.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, building data marts).

• Proficiency in Python for applied analysis and automation.

• Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics applied to real-world problems.

• Ability to create clear and insightful data visualizations (Superset, Grafana, or similar BI tools).

• Excellent communication skills — able to present results clearly, explain complex ideas simply, and align with stakeholders.

• Proven ability to take a problem from identification to fully implemented solution.

• Comfort and proficiency in using AI copilots to work faster and smarter.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience running A/B tests.

• Background in marketing analytics — CAC, LTV, ROMI, full acquisition funnel, attribution.

• Experience automating processes, including via AI-powered agents.
