The company operates in 10+ EU countries and employs over 550 people worldwide.

Up to 5 teams in each domain
Typical team composition:
3–4 Backend Developers
2–3 Frontend Developers
QA Engineers
Product Manager
Mobile Developers (as needed)
Development Approach
Autonomous teams, Kanban methodology
Releases several times a week (sometimes daily/multiple times per day)
About the Role
You will join one of the product domains as a Senior Backend Developer.
Key responsibilities:
Develop new product features and maintain/improve existing ones.
Write clean, high-quality C# code for a microservices-based architecture.
Design system architecture.
Solve high-load technical challenges.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
Make strategic technical decisions considering product requirements and business goals.
Optimize system performance and scalability.
Tech Stack
Backend: C#, .NET Core 8
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud (primarily Google)
Message Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana
We Expect From You
5+ years of experience in C# development (Senior or Lead level).
Strong expertise with .NET Core (critical).
Hands-on experience with message brokers (critical).
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including optimization.
Experience with CI/CD and containerization (critical).
Knowledge of Kubernetes.
Background in product-driven IT companies with short release cycles (no longer than every 2 weeks — critical).
Strong system design skills and deep understanding of microservices architecture principles.
Product mindset and strong teamwork skills.
English level B2+ (all communication is in English — critical).
Time zone: GMT to GMT+5 (excluding Russia and Belarus, as we cannot hire from these locations).
