We are Canadian-based tech startup developing own product SellMeThisPen AI - a customizable AI sales coach. We’re a profitable bootstrapped startup with a focused team of 7 hardworking members. We serve customers across a wide range of segments, from SMEs to large post-IPO enterprises

The Ideal Candidate:

• Obsessed with monitoring and reliability. We have many enterprise production customers trusting us with their most important workflows, we don’t want to let them down
• Experienced in everything web development. Full Stack, from frontend side to node.js in k8s and cloud Ubuntu machines, we own the whole stack and expect you to understand and improve it
• Comfortable with vibe coding. We have team members who vibe code new features and POCs. You should verify that it doesn’t break the app and be able to accept that some of the code is not perfect but business needs it fast
• Thrives in unstructured environment and understand business needs, aware who are the most important clients, what functionality is in priority and what is not what
• Prepared to be the leader. Eventually you will be leading the most critical development projects, are you ready?

If accepted you will be working closely with CTO who has 10+ years of experience and is ex-Facebook/Meta Senior Software Engineer

You’ll be working closely with:

• LLMs
• Agentic workflows
• Audio processing
• Speech recognition + synthesis
• Basic DevOps

Our compensation package involves a mix of early-stage employee equity under a ESOP as well as monthly salary

Location:

Anywhere in the world. We are all adults here, we don’t pay more if you reside in an expensive country and don’t cover your taxes

Working hours: We have couple sync meetings in EST (New York) timezone, but in general we’re very flexible, no daily standups! Offline communication in English is very important to us.

We work a lot. We work on the weekends then take a rest during the week. We are having fun doing it. If it doesn’t sound like you would enjoy it - no hard feelings. We don’t use any trackers or ask you to punch in hours - we value the output
