Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients (EPC contractors, end users).
Identify new business opportunities in the region and manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to deal closure.
Provide technical consultations and product presentations, translating complex product specifications into clear customer benefits.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and its applications in the industry.
Prepare commercial proposals, cost calculations, and technical documentation according to customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and forecast customer needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar).
Experience in technical product sales is a strong advantage.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in MS CRM and MS Office.
Willingness to travel across the region (60–70% of working time).
Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
