We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales Department in ensuring smooth communication between the Sales Office, Production Hubs, and clients. This role involves managing orders, coordinating deliveries, following up on payments, overseeing customs clearance, and providing timely reports to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, follow up on payments, and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain close communication with Production Hubs to exchange all necessary information related to orders and deliveries.
- Oversee the preparation of sales contracts and ensure accuracy.
- Supervise customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare dynamic sales activity reports for management and the sales team.
- Monitor monthly customer results against budget targets.
- Manage and supervise the sales administration team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or Economics (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or sales-related role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Analytical thinking with strong numerical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient user of the English language
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, business software).
