Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define, design, and deliver thoughtful, user-centered product experiences.
- Translate complex product requirements and concepts into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs using tools like Figma.
- Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
- Work within our existing design system and contribute to its growth by proposing and designing new, scalable components.
- Present and advocate for your design decisions in cross-functional settings, clearly communicating the rationale based on user needs and business outcomes.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and integrate best practices into your workflow.
