We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong English skills (B2+), ready to work night shifts and help us provide top-quality support to our clients.
This role is office-based.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our B2B clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyzing incidents, bugs, and their root causes; processing data based on logs.
Working closely with fellow support team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicating with clients in English in written form (we are not a call center).
Requirements
English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Previous experience in technical support or IT.
Ability to analyze logs and approach non-standard issues.
Strong analytical skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
