This is how you WOW:

  • Direct sales responsibility for the sales channels Home Improvement, Electro and Food (including Discount), turnover in value of X (national currency).
  • Organizes the activity of the sales force to maintain and foster highly qualified and high performing sales teams.
  • Leading a team of X employees: recruit staff, evaluate the performance, train, coach and develop people.
  • Ensures that the retail partners are professionally managed at all required levels.
  • Achieving the agreed targets for the designated sales channels.
  • Development of specific offers for the designated sales channels.
  • Assortment planning & new product launches in agreement with the local and regional product management.
  • Close alignment with the digital sales team on strategy, assortment and promotions for all hybrid accounts.
  • Implementation of international sales strategies in the local market, close alignment with the region and the HQs.
  • Overall responsibility for the designated sales channels incl. Profit & Loss.
  • Drives the business by developing business plans and implementing them with the trade partners.
  • Sets ambitious sales targets, regularly monitors the target achievement and initiatives correction activities.
  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of the aligned Kärcher commercial policy with the trade partners.
  • Initiates and participates in the organization of local sales events and national sales promotions and monitors their results.
  • Ensures the cost discipline of the department according to Kärcher regulations.
  • Active participation at retail partners' and professional associations' events according to compliance regulations.
  • Process optimization in the retail sales area.
  • Ownership for designated projects.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Bachelor's university degree in Economics or Business and at least 3 years successful experience as Retail Sales Manager with strong communication and people skills, proven sales results and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Confident and dynamic personality with focus both on target achievement and on collaboration.
  • Strong international mind-set and exposure to an international corporate culture.
  • Strong networker and able to cope with complexity.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Outstanding Uzbek, English and Russian written and verbal communication skills paired with critical thinking and the ability to translate both technical and non-technical efforts for different audiences.
