Middle Business Analyst (1C)

The IT company Andersen invites a Business Analyst (1C) to work on a large-scale internal project. The role involves supporting a custom 1C-based system that automates finance, HR, and key business processes.

The project is implemented on the 1C platform and is fully customized for the company's business processes. The key components of the system include the financial part, which covers management accounting and company activity analysis. The process part of the system automates HR processes, as well as other business processes of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Auditing, analyzing, optimizing, and modeling business processes.
• Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Technical design (task descriptions, use case scenarios, effort estimation).
• Preparing user-facing documentation (demos, manuals, user guides).

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ year.
• Knowledge of 1C products.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing data and requirements from stakeholders.
• Skills in writing technical specifications and setting development tasks tailored to enterprise accounting needs.
• Experience supporting tasks throughout all stages of development.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Oversight of development progress and implementation.
• Ability to create instructional materials (demos, manuals, user guides).
• Systematic approach to tasks and strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment, proactive attitude, and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Level of English – Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• 1C certification(s).
