Oversight of HR administration (orders, employment contracts, all HR related documentation);
Maintenance of personal files, labor contracts, labor books;
Full support of salary revision processes, salary survey analysis and budgeting;
Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports;
Drafting Policies and Procedures;
Handle the preparation and submission of documents required for employee work permits and visas;
Supervising correct HR data input to global systems (SAP, Success Factor and internal system 1C (ЗУП).
Requirements:
Completed higher education;
Work experience of 3+ years in HR Admin;
Experienced user of MS Office and 1C;
Excellent knowledge of all areas of HR administration;
Proficient knowledge of English and Russian;
Attention to details.
