IT Project Manager

Key responsibilites

In collaboration with systems’ owners, manage local IT projects/systems from initiation to completion, in line with applicable policies governing IT systems/solutions

Oversee the implementation of new local IT solutions and ensure adherence to system project timelines, budgets, documentation and quality standards

Act as system manager for all existing local systems

Identify and mitigate local systems risks and ensure timely reporting of such risks to management, and complete required yearly forms and validation of all systems

Main job tasks:

In collaboration with systems’ owners, manage local IT projects/systems from initiation to completion, in line with applicable policies governing IT systems/solutions:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT governance and policies and external regulatory requirements and standards.
• Organize and lead cross-departmental meetings to align on project goals and updates
• Facilitate regular check-ins with system owners to track progress and resolve issues.
• Implement robust security measures to protect data and IT infrastructure.

Oversee the implementation of new local IT solutions and ensure adherence to system project timelines, budgets, documentation and quality standards:

• Secure internal approvals on new systems from relevant stakeholders (GM, F&O, Legal and HQ Legal)
• In collaboration with procurement, system owners and relevant stakeholders, supervise vendor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor system design, development, installation and overall the implementation milestones and ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
• Ensure that technical expertise is involved where relevant
• Review and approve technical documentation and user manuals.

Act as system manager for all local solutions:

• Keep a register for all systems, vendor assessment, IT risk assessment, URR and URS
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication
• Maintain system documentation, access controls, and user permissions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide second-line support for escalated system issues.
• Ensure data integrity and system availability and act as main point of contact through regular IT audits and provide comprehensive support during IT systems audits
• Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to IT audit findings, ensuring timely execution and resolution of identified issues.

Identify and mitigate local systems risks, ensure timely reporting of such risks to management, and complete required yearly documentation for all systems:

• Perform regular risk assessments of all IT systems and maintain a risk register.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans for identified risks.
• Report critical risks and incidents to senior management promptly.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
• Align with local quality and GBS teams on yearly documentation renewal as required.
• Assist in monitoring legislative changes that may impact system usage, and support the implementation of necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with legal mandates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience

Proven track record in delivering digital and IT solutions, with familiarity in areas such as system implementation and life cycle management, IT project management, IT infrastructure and IT audits.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, policies, and resource management.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT solutions.

Контролировать внедрение новых местных ИТ-решений и обеспечивать соблюдение сроков проектов, бюджетов, документации и стандартов качества.

Исполнять обязанности системного администратора для всех существующих местных систем.

Выявлять и снижать риски местных систем, а также обеспечивать своевременную отчетность по таким рискам для руководства и заполнять требуемые ежегодные формы и проводить валидацию всех систем.
