Responsibilities :

- Leading Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Personnel Administration functions of HR;
- Leading the projects on automation of HR processes;
- Participation in preparation of budget, forecasting employment costs, monthly reporting on factor analysis of deviations in/implementation of payroll;
- Participation in the salary review;
- Development and revision of current policies and procedures;
- Controlling information-analytical database to make decisions regarding personnel management;
- Ensure personnel documentation in company;
- Being responsible for external and internal audits.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (HR, business administration, economics, Social Sciences or another business-related field);
- English – Advanced level;
- Labor & Tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Experience in C&B/PA/Payroll 4+ years.
