HR-Analyst

We’re looking for an HR Analyst with a strong understanding of modern AI tools to help us optimize and transform our hiring processes using artificial intelligence. This isn’t just about analytics, it’s about rebuilding the way we hire.

Employment:
First month - part time (8-10h/week)
Further - full time

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing AI-based solutions to automate hiring stages (pre-screening, profile analysis, interview question generation, etc.);

• Configuring tools to gather and analyze candidate data, evaluate against key metrics, and generate insights or recommendations;

• Collaborating closely with the HR team to interpret AI findings and integrate them into workflows;

• Testing, training, and improving AI algorithms based on real recruitment data;

• Running A/B tests and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, BI, or data analysis preferably in a recruitment agency;

• A solid understanding of modern AI/ML tools;

• Strong data skills;

• Strategic mindset, you understand how AI can transform HR, not just automate it;
