We’re an EU-based tech scale-up in the mobility space, operating in UK, EU and the MENA region.
In this role you will be supporting our offices on major incoming and outcoming payments and transactions.
What you will be doing
- Weekly extract payment lists for all group companies, prepare the payment register
- Facilitate payments to vendors and creditors through bank transfers
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Administer company card and their reconciliation
- Review, verify, and process suppliers invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting system
- Deal with documents from suppliers as well as oversee payments' approval flow
- Forecast cash flow projections based on historical data and anticipated business activities
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an accountant or accounting assistant
- Experience with various tasks is welcome; however, you are required to have a good understanding and hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
- Banks and payments
- Accounts payable
- B2 Upper Intermediate English
- Proficient with Excel (Google Sheets)

- This is an office-based role located in Nicosia. We have an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
