What You’ll Do
This role covers the full outbound sales cycle and account management, with a strong focus on automation and personalization.
Prospecting and lead generation
Identify and research companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile using tools like Snov.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Outreach setup and execution
Launch and manage email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Combine mass outreach with personalized messages for high-potential leads
Discovery and qualification
Schedule and conduct intro calls to understand client hiring needs, timelines, and team structure. Document findings and prepare proposals or summaries
Closing and handoff
Finalize agreements and smoothly transfer qualified clients to the recruitment team with full context.
Account management
Maintain relationships with active clients, provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling
Working Conditions & Compensation:
Monthly base salary in USDT via ByBit, increasing over the first 3 months, with a full-time contract afterward
Bonuses for bringing in new clients;
Minimum 30 hours/week, flexible hours starting from 9:00 AM (Argentina time)
Fully remote, aligned with LATAM business hours
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing recruitment is a plus
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with lead gen tools and CRM
Interest in the tech industry and working with international clients
Organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in communication
Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
