Your Role As a Media Rights Distribution Coordinator, you will support the operational and strategic delivery of media rights, content distribution, and partner services. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal departments, broadcast partners, digital platforms, and community streamers, ensuring every piece of content is delivered accurately, consistently, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Broadcast & Platform Management
- Serve as the main contact for broadcasters, digital platforms, and streamers; coordinate onboarding, partner communication, and deliverable schedules.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate broadcast and streaming schedule across all regions, languages, and platforms.
Content Delivery & Workflow Coordination
- Manage creation and delivery of VODs, highlights, and custom content aligned with editorial and campaign calendars.
- Ensure all content meets branding, language, and platform-specific standards; collaborate with technical teams to support content indexing and uploading.
CMS & Content Distribution
- Set up and oversee a centralized Content Management System for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and enforce workflows for content distribution across partners, internal teams, and public platforms.
Community and Campaign Integration
- Onboard influencers for community streaming activations and provide necessary content guidelines.
- Track and report on community performance metrics; coordinate campaign visibility with communications and commercial teams.
Feedback & Data-Driven Optimization
- Collect and document partner feedback before, during, and after events to improve workflows and processes.
- Monitor viewership and distribution metrics; compile insights to inform KPI dashboards and future business planning.
Event Branding & Data Integration
- Assist in developing event branding elements such as signage, graphics, and sponsor visibility for broadcast.
- Coordinate integration of real-time in-game data into broadcasts and social media content pipelines.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sports, esports, broadcasting, media rights, or content operations;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail under tight deadlines;
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills;
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and continuous improvement;
- Solid understanding of media rights, streaming ecosystems, and content distribution pipelines;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, CMS tools, and scheduling platforms is a plus;
- Fluent in English; Russian, Portuguese or other languages are an advantage.
