Key responsibilities:

  • Co-creation of the business strategy for international road freight forwarding, railfreight, airfreight and warehouse.
  • Acquisition, negotiation of terms, and servicing of key clients.
  • Professional advisory in the field of transport services for clients.
  • Establishment of processes supporting effective client portfolio development.
  • Achievement of assigned budgetary goals.
  • Ongoing analysis of the market situation.
  • Collaboration with operational department structures and sales departments.
  • Participation in company development projects and tangible impact on business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international Full Truck Load (FTL) sales, railfreight, airfreight and warehouse.
  • Experience in collaboration with key clients.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and effectiveness in conducting negotiations.
  • Experience in handling tenders.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent business trips.
