Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

Carries out works on the supply of goods in the necessary quantity and assortment
Carries out search for suppliers, studies commercial offers from them, justifies proposals on attraction of new suppliers
Negotiates with counterparties, discusses, agrees the order and terms of delivery with the direct supervisor.
Performs documentary support of transactions
Controls the fulfillment of the parties' obligations
Organizes and participates in delivery-acceptance of delivered goods
Tracks the turnover of goods in the organization together with other departments
Immediately informs the head about the facts of violation of delivery terms by counterparties, together with other services participates in the resolution of disputes, preparation of claims
Performs official assignments of the immediate manager

Requirements:

Good knowledge of purchasing, negotiation, commercial understanding and cost breakdown
Experience of working closely with suppliers
Able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements
An understanding of purchasing processes would be advantageous
Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills/abilities
