ABOUT THE ROLE:
A coordinator will play a big role as part of the sales operations function of bridging the needs of sales teams to complete the paperwork process to close a deal.
Task to solve:
- Support the Sales Team and Business Operations team in Central Asia with administrative matters (eg. preparation of NDA/MOU, preparation and processing of contracts, filling up information of vendor information, etc).
- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with the legal and finance team advisors on all contract matters.
- Housekeeping of Salesforce system including to ensure all new and existing contracts are up to date.
- Monitor and follow up on payment terms and contract validity with clients.
- Actively track the progress of deals.
- Assist with scheduling of meetings.
- Conduct business correspondences.
- Draft basic accounting documentation.
- Build reports for management.
- Support in partner related documents.
- Support in supplier related documents.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
- Has equivalent work experience. Proven and significant experience in administrative support in a professional, fast paced, high profile environment.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Solid communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with processing contracts.
- Prior experience working on Salesforce or other related CRM systems would be an advantage.
- Flexibility and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and willingness to work with top professionals.
- Meticulous and well organized.
- Possess a keen to learn attitude and is a team player.
