Neo Group is on the lookout for a Global IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Team.
Responsibilities:
- User Support: Providing technical support to company employees on issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks, including remote workplaces.
- Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, network equipment, and telephone systems.
- Problem Resolution: Swift identification and resolution of malfunctions, as well as providing user consultations on IT hardware and software usage.
- Documentation: Maintaining documentation on completed work, updates, and changes in IT infrastructure systems. Writing user manuals.
- Security Compliance: Adhering to company security standards and policies in information security.
- User and group management (LDAP, FreeIPA, Keycloak)
- Access Provisioning: Issuing and managing user access to company internal systems following established procedures and security policies.
- Automation of Routine Processes and Tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in IT support or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), computer networks, software, and hardware.
- Problem Solving: Ability to promptly identify and resolve user issues, providing technical support via email, phone, and in person.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Organisational Abilities: Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under high pressure.
- Desire to develop and explore modern IT products.
- Proficiency in Russian and English language skills, written and verbal, for communication with colleagues.
