Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Access Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in securing and streamlining access to critical systems and services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant access controls across our on-premises and SaaS environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Access Controls: Develop and manage role-based access control (RBAC) for on-premises and SaaS services, ensuring secure and efficient access.
- Lead Access Management Processes: Oversee access granting, modification, and revocation, driving seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with service owners, InfoSec, DPO, and other teams to maintain and update access roles, rules, and policies.
- Maintain Compliance and Audit Readiness: Conduct regular audits of access rights with service owners and ensure adherence to the Access Management Policy.
- Enhance Documentation: Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for access management and user guides for requesting IT service access.
- Support Application Onboarding: Work closely with the IT Application Manager to ensure smooth integration of new applications into access workflows.
- Ensure Process Integrity: Verify access provisioning changes are agreed upon by application business and technical owners, following formal protocols for documenting and approving exceptions.
- Monitor Technical Execution: Collaborate with IT Application Engineers to confirm access provisioning, revocation, and changes occur without technical issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in managing user identities, roles, and permissions, with a focus on provisioning, revocation, and RBAC.
- Directory Services: Strong knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory for user authentication and authorization.
- Documentation Proficiency: Experience with tools like Confluence or similar wiki-based platforms for creating and maintaining clear, actionable documentation.
- Process Automation: Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate access provisioning workflows.
- Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional ability to coordinate with application owners, InfoSec, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access approvals.
- IAM Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms for access provisioning and management.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to assess and document access change requests, distinguishing between role-based and unique access needs while adhering to formal protocols.
