We are seeking a proactive and professional Regional Sales Representative based in Istanbul, who will represent our company in Turkey and manage partnerships with local and regional agents. The role combines remote work with occasional in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Remote Sales & Partner Development
- Search for new potential agents and business partners.
- Establish initial contact with decision-makers and present the company’s services.
- Handle objections professionally and tailor presentations to clients’ needs.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing agents.
- Use CRM systems to track interactions and manage sales pipeline efficiently.
In-Person Meetings & Representation
- Attend face-to-face meetings with potential and existing partners when required.
- Conduct high-quality product and company presentations during office visits.
- Represent the company in negotiations, ensuring professionalism and alignment with brand values.
- Travel to other cities across Turkey for partner engagement and business development.
Requirements:
- Fluent Turkish language skills, with the strong ability to conduct professional negotiations and presentations.
- Strong command of spoken Russian is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service or immigration industry.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Turkey for short business trips.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $1000 per month.
- Performance-based bonus: A percentage of sales, with total compensation potentially exceeding $2000/month.
