About the role:
We’re looking for a Remote Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in HVAC or appliance repair. This role involves supporting franchise technicians, guiding diagnostics and repairs, and helping resolve complex cases. Strong communication skills, U.S.-based field experience, and solid technical knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to franchise locations on HVAC and appliance repair issues.
- Offer guidance on diagnostics, repair processes, and parts selection.
- Assist on-site technicians in resolving complex technical cases.
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working as a technician in the U.S. (HVAC or appliance repair).
- Understanding of U.S. standards and equipment.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to use basic online communication tools.
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions.
- English level B2 or higher.
Conditions:
- Remote work with the ability to work from anywhere in the world;
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM California time
- Probationary period - 2 months
- Salary is $2500 monthly
