Key Account Manager (In-Vitro Diagnostics) – Based in Almaty, covering Kazakhstan
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales of IVD products in Kazakhstan, with a focus on key customers and CLIA solutions
Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the region
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and key account dynamics to identify new opportunities
Build strong relationships with clients, respond to their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction
Gather user feedback and share insights with the R&D team to support continuous product improvement
Travel across Kazakhstan to meet with clients and support projects on the ground
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in IVD sales, either with a distributor or a manufacturer
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust
Analytical mindset and the ability to present ideas clearly
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan
Good English skills are a plus
