We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive the full sales cycle, from handling warm inbound leads to closing contracts and managing client accounts long-term.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with inbound leads generated by our leadgen and marketing teams
  • Reactivate past leads and nurture old client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new outbound opportunities
  • Conduct intro calls, qualify prospects, and guide them through the entire sales process
  • Closely collaborate with the presale team on estimates and turn them into tailored commercial proposals
  • Present and negotiate proposals with clients
  • Manage client accounts after deal closure: maintain relationships, monitor satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM system

What we expect:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales in IT outsourcing
  • Proven track record of closing deals of $50K or more
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle in a custom software development context
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken
  • Confident communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
