What specialist we are looking for:

• experience in IT at similar positions at least 3 years;
• ability to build long-term relationships with customers, make independent decisions and be responsible for them;
• knowledge of ethics and business communication, flexibility;
• ability and preparedness to deal with conflict situation;
• developed communication skills;
• advanced user of MS Office and CRM systems;

• English language skills at B2+ and above.

Main tasks:

• negotiate with partners via video calls and correspondence;
• plan and organize business processes;
• analyze and implement sales practices, costs, and outcome for effectiveness, efficiency, and improvement opportunities;
• monitor the progress of tasks on the project and be ready to meet the challenges;
• prepare and coordinate business proposals with partners;
• maintain contact with the customer and be ready to make additional sales;

• establish communication and processes with partners and within the company;
• maintain records and assist with document management.
