Position Summary:
The Senior Manager – Supervision and Regulatory Risk is responsible for overseeing regulatory engagement and managing supervisory risk processes across the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region. The role involves leading regional initiatives, coordinating with global and local stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple supervisory inquiries and coordinate timely, accurate responses to regulators.
Establish and maintain a regional supervisory engagement model, including tracking obligations and maintaining a regulatory knowledge base.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, government affairs, and business teams to ensure effective and consistent communication with regulators.
Monitor regulatory trends and work with global counterparts to align approaches across regions.
Prepare dashboards, metrics, reports, and presentations for senior management and risk governance bodies.
Support licensing and registration efforts across key markets, including engagement with government stakeholders.
Drive alignment on supervisory roles and responsibilities across internal teams through implementation of RACI models.
Standardize regional regulatory reporting processes and ensure consistent documentation.
Lead internal training sessions to raise awareness on supervisory and regulatory risk topics.
Support regional risk committees through preparation of briefings, incident-related reporting, and governance documentation.

Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced)
