Currently, we are planning to open a Lead Generation Manager position with the possibility to grow to sales representative. Responsibilities:
- Own the outbound lead generation process: from research and segmentation to outreach and follow-up ;
- Collaborate with marketing to co-develop audience-specific messaging and test new go-to-market hypotheses for different regions, industries, and buyer personas;
- Adjust, create and refine outreach messages tailored to specific audiences and pain points;
- Launch and optimize outbound campaigns to generate interest and book qualified meetings;
- Close work with company representatives during the events for setting meetings on site;
- Analyze results and iterate fast: what you test today could define tomorrow’s playbook; Provide structured feedback to help refine positioning and identify new opportunities;
- Managing documentation and maintaining the internal CRM system;
- Be proactive and having the wish to go deep in sales process .
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience of B2B lead generation or outbound sales experience in tech company;
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English proficiency or above – both: spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills: you must be ready to communicate easily and naturally with professionals of C-level, but still maintain the etiquette;
- Proven ability to hit targets and generate qualified opportunities;
- Strong understanding of outbound tools (e.g. Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/CRM);
- Strategic mindset: you're not just running scripts — you're thinking about ICPs, funnels, and conversions;
- Ambition to grow into a sales leadership role in the near future;
- Proactivity and positive attitude towards life.
Incentives: The salary consists of a fixed part and KPIs, depending on individual performance. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
