Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

• Proven experience (5 years) in warehouse or logistics management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in ERP and inventory control software

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch

• Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain optimal warehouse layout

• Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and security protocols in compliance with regulations

• Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock accuracy

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate performance reports

• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries

• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity

• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure operational efficiency and team performance

• Prepare budgets and manage operational costs effectively
