CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

For our partners, we are hiring a Group CFO to support the consolidation and transformation of a global portfolio of digital companies.

The group includes several independent businesses across digital content, billing infrastructure, and media platforms. Now in the process of forming a single holding structure, they are building a shared executive team and centralizing key functions — including finance.

Role Summary

The CFO will lead the financial integration of the group, establish group-level planning and control systems, and provide strategic support to founders and leadership. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader with experience in multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and consolidate financial operations across multiple business units

• Build group-wide reporting, budgeting, and financial controls

• Set up robust management accounting and cash flow forecasting

• Partner with founders and COO on strategic planning and investment

• Support cost optimization, tax efficiency, and resource allocation across jurisdictions

Ideal Background

• Experience as CFO or senior finance lead in digital / fintech/ high-risk companies

• Strong track record of designing finance systems in fragmented or fast-growing structures

• Deep understanding of management accounting, consolidation, and reporting

• Strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on style

• International experience; fluent English
