The HR Specialist / HR Analyst is a key figure in terms of running smoothly HR processes within the framework of the <ONE TEAM> approach and supporting HR Leaders in development and implementation of HR strategies, plans, policies and programs to support people development and accomplish the company’s goals.
Job duties:
- Supports to manage the Employee Life Cycle in the company (recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, training and development, evaluation, remuneration, career development, termination);
- Ensures HR records management in accordance with the labor legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
- Runs all HR processes in PeopleSoft and 1C ERP and resolves any issues that may arise;
- Administers monthly timesheets effectively and efficiently on time and with zero errors;
- Analyses trends in the labor market (at the local and international levels), makes proposals to improve the Company's HR practices;
- Assists in development and implementation of HR policies;
- Collects, manages and analyses HR data with useful HR metrics;
- Participates in the annual reviews of the salary market and prepares analytical reports for the management;
- Updates and creates Job Descriptions for all positions;
- Advises employees on various HR-related topics such as annual leaves, HR records management, compensation, labor law norms, policies and procedures of the company;
- Supports tasks around performance management process (GPS);
- Creates TMKZ organizational structure, coordinates its approval and announcement process, and implements changes accordingly;
- Ensures communication flow at One Toyota Platform for TMKZ employees;
- Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Conducts employee onboarding and helps organising training & development initiatives;
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
- Enhances employee job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly anticipating customer needs and providing high-level HR support;
- Supports in organizing team building activities;
- Administers a supplier selection and service providers collaboration to run HR processes in the company;
- Ensures compliance of HR processes with labor regulations and Toyota corporate guidelines.
Requirements: -
BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field.
Additional post-graduate education/trainings/certification in HR will be an added value.
- Proven successful 5+ year experience in a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of employment/labor laws;
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft and 1C ERP) and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations;
- Good research abilities;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload;
- Aptitude for problem-solving;
- High-level attention to detail;
- Ability to implement KPIs as required;
- English fluency.
