We are Belka Games—a leading mobile game developer ranked among Europe's top-grossing studios, according to data.ai. With over 110 million players worldwide, our titles frequently top the charts in the US and EU.

Right now, we're looking for an experienced Producer with a background in casual games (primarily Match-3).

We define a producer as a key person in the team who deals with the full range of product issues, from the game development strategy to the creation of specific features. If you keep up with the mobile games market, want to achieve success at the head of a strong team, and are ready to be a driver of product solutions—we're waiting for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating a product strategy and implementing it in partnership with a co-producer on the project

  • Achieving project KPIs through project metric management

  • Creating visions for key features

  • Validating the TOR and documentation that the development team creates

  • Monitoring trends in your niche and related genres

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a producer or a lead game designer

  • Proven track record working on commercially successful casual games

  • Understanding of the casual mobile games market and its trends, good observation skills

  • Experience making decisions based on game statistics analysis

  • A big plus: Experience operating match-3 projects

The recruitment process will consist of three phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task, and a technical interview with our Game Producer and CPO.
