As part of our active transformation journey, we are expanding our leadership team and opening the position of Chief Product Officer — a unique opportunity for a strategic and business-minded product leader to shape the future of banking in Armenia.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership and full P&L ownership for all the bank’s product lines across Core Banking (deposits, loans, cards) and Online Channels (web, mobile app, payments, transfers, referral programs, special projects).
Define and communicate the overall product vision, strategy, roadmap, and organizational structure for Product Management.
Drive innovation, market leadership, and customer value across the entire product portfolio.
Launch successful products and lead the transformation of both traditional and digital banking offerings.
Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, from market analysis to delivery and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of product strategy with business goals.
Mentor and scale a high-performing product team; build a strong product culture.
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Product Management.
5+ years in senior leadership or head of product roles, preferably in FinTech or banking.
Proven track record of launching successful products, scaling product teams, and managing complex portfolios.
Experience with both traditional banking products and digital channels is essential.
Strong experience with full P&L ownership and business accountability.
Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
