IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Infrastructure IT Engineer to support our growing cloud infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge and experience in hardware, network (on premise, cloud, hybrid); skills in installing and updating server systems & network services, in troubleshooting and handling problems and a keen willingness to learn and improve.

The primary duties for this role include:

• Deploy IT infrastructure for member companies/ IT projects to support business operations.
• Operat IT systems providing stability to THR's internal IT systems.
• Monitor infrastructure systems to minimize risks to IT infrastructure systems.
• Provide IT support to customers/clients and IT Team to minimize disruption to customers when using the IT system.
• Support to resolve sending problems from level 1 (Email/Files/Connection).
• Handle special requests from the Board of Directors/Management.
• IT support member (Level 1).
• Periodic compliance checks and assessments.
• Backup and restore data to ensure user data security.
• Operate a periodic backup system.
• Restore data on request from other departments.
• Establish and implement a periodic DR system assessment plan.
• Activating the Disaster Recovery Site (DR Site).
• Resynchronize data to the Data Center (DC) after the DC has been restored
• Research and improve information technology solutions to upgrade and improve new information technology solutions to meet user needs.
• Evaluate current IT solutions.
• Research and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for new solutions.
• Managing IT budget (infrastructure) to optimize IT costs.
• Annual infrastructure status statistics.
• Manage IT assets to compile statistics and make plans for periodic upgrades/replacements of IT assets.
• Periodic inventory of Data Center/Disaster Recovery Center (DC/DR) equipment list.
• Plan and perform for replacement and periodic maintenance of information technology assets.

Qualifications

• IT University or College
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies
• Certificates: CCNA/CCNP (Priority), MCSE, Firewall platforms

Language: Russian, Vietnamese, English (Reading and understanding specialized documents)

Location: Moscow, 5 min walk to M. Belorusskaya.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Environment: Office setting with no options for remote work. Some travel may be required for team meetings or client consultations.
