Tower Specialist (Pressure Vessel Internals)

We are looking for an experienced Tower Specialist to manage and execute the inspection, repair, and replacement of internal components within pressure vessels such as distillation columns, absorbers, and reactors. This role combines hands-on field execution with technical planning and supervision, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards during shutdowns and turnarounds.

• 3–5 years of experience working with pressure vessel internals in oil & gas, petrochemical, or chemical process facilities.
• Proven ability to lead and plan internal works during shutdowns or turnarounds.
• In-depth knowledge of tower/column internal components and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with API, ASME, and site-specific standards for internals and pressure vessel repairs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
