About
As a Motion Designer you will join our Communication Design team responsible for branding, social media, web and mobile product graphic elements, and a variety of content for different promotional campaigns, working in liaison with our senior 3D & Motion Design expert.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics for various channels – from SMM and digital ads to product presentations, promotional videos for events and outdoor advertising
- Participate in the whole process from idea generation together with channel owners and creative team to final production
- Together with 3D-motion lead, formulate rules for animation of brand elements in the brand identity, develop templates and short guides for different media
- Assist product designers in the creation of animations for app, web and landing pages
Requirements
- 3 years of motion designer experience in branding and communication design. In-house experience is a big plus, background in graphic and communication design is even better
- Proficiency in Adobe, Lottie, Figma. Experience with AI – we work with Krea, but experience with any neural networks would be helpful. Basic 3D skills (Cinema 4D / Blender) would be a plus
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles, understanding of how timings work, rhythm, typography, composition and the principles of brandbooks and adapting brand elements in motion
- Ability to work both in a team and independently to develop ideas, assemble storyboards and layouts, communicate with the task owner, get into context and suggest improvements
- Knowledge of how marketing channels work and how to design according to the specifics of each channel
