Junior Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)

Description:

We're hiring enthusiastic Junior QA Engineers to join the team behind the educational platform of one of the largest beauty resellers. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, ensuring platform quality while working alongside a dynamic development team.

If you have completed or are in the process of pursuing a technical higher education degree at BSU, BSUIR or BNTU, possess a B1+ level of English proficiency, and are available for full-time work, we invite you to apply. Prior work experience is not required – we are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Test software manually and with automation tools
• Identify issues, document defects, and collaborate with developers to fix them
• Develop test plans, execute regression tests, and analyze results
• Continuously improve processes and ensure platform reliability

Requirements:

• Graduated or currently pursuing a technical higher education degree (graduates or 3rd-year students from BSU, BSUIR, or BNTU available for full-time work)
• Basic knowledge of functional and automated testing (DSL, JS)
• Familiarity with Agile practices
• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher
