Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer

TouchSoft is hiring. We are a worldwide software service provider and currently looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience in customizing and extending Model-driven apps.
• Knowledge of Azure is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL.
• Upper-intermediate written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (formerly CRM), including custom plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Customize and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather and define requirements.
• Development of Logical design from the Conceptual model.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration projects.
• Ensure solutions IT standards, procedures, security, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and support tickets.
