Conduct engaging English lessons for students and adults

Create lessons that inspire students to stay and progress — student retention is one of your key performance indicators

Lead trial lessons for prospective students (bonuses available for each successful enrollment)

Track student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

Foster a motivating and supportive classroom atmosphere

Participate in team meetings, teacher training sessions, and continuous development programs

Prepare students for IELTS exams with targeted, high-quality instruction

Facilitate Speaking Clubs that build fluency and confidence in real-life communication

Native English speaker (foreign teachers only — this position is intended for international candidates)

Proven experience preparing students for IELTS, ideally with strong student results

Confident leading Speaking Clubs and using interactive, student-centered teaching methods

Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with learners

English level: Advanced or higher; knowledge of teaching methodologies is essential

1–3 years of teaching experience across various groups and proficiency levels

TEFL, CELTA, IELTS, or TOEFL certification is a strong plus

Creative approach to lessons, with the ability to include games and engaging activities

* Sat: 09:00–15:00
