Sales & Customer Support Representative

Things Engraved is a proudly Canadian brand with over 40 years of experience in engraving and customization. We're looking for a motivated individual who can confidently handle client interactions via live chat, phone and email while creating simple, effective designs using tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Your Role:

As a Sales & Customer Support Representative, you'll be the front line of our customer experience helping clients find the perfect personalized gifts, answering product questions, guiding them through the order process, and ultimately helping close the sale. You’ll communicate with customers through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring every interaction is helpful, positive, and sales-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via live chat, email, and phone

• Assist customers in selecting products and understanding available customization options

• Resolve questions related to orders, shipping, or returns with confidence and accuracy

• Help close sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services

• Maintain strong knowledge of our product line and services (training provided)

• Accurately input customer orders and ensure all information is captured correctly

• Work on-site in our Tbilisi office during Eastern Standard Time hours (evening shift)

• A confident communicator – both in writing and on the phone

• Persuasive, patient, and great at building customer trust

• Motivated to hit sales goals and convert inquiries into orders

• A quick learner with the ability to multitask across chats, calls, and emails

• Detail-oriented and reliable when handling customer data and orders

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a shift schedule
